How do I restore my Pro purchase?
Pro purchases should restore automatically when you open the app on the same Apple ID. If they don't appear, try the following:
1. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
2. Close and reopen the app.
3. Check your internet connection and try again.
Apple's servers may occasionally be slow to verify purchases. If the issue persists, contact us with your purchase details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID, not through our app. To cancel:
1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
3. Find 21 Trainer and tap Cancel Subscription.
You can also manage subscriptions at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
Your Pro access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
How do I reset my statistics?
To reset all your training data:
1. Open 21 Trainer.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Scroll down and tap Reset All Statistics.
4. Confirm the reset.
This will clear all session history, hand records, and accuracy data. This action cannot be undone.
Is this real gambling?
No. 21 Trainer is an educational tool designed to help you learn blackjack strategy. No real money is wagered, won, or lost at any time. Virtual chips used in the Bankroll Simulator have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged.
Training results do not guarantee performance at real casino tables. This app is intended for educational and entertainment purposes only.
What casino rules are supported?
21 Trainer includes 9 preset casino rule configurations:
Vegas Strip, Vegas Downtown, Atlantic City, Monte Carlo, Macau, European, Sydney, Single Deck, and Double Deck.
You can also fully customize rules including: number of decks (1-8), dealer hits/stands on soft 17, double after split, surrender allowed, blackjack payout ratio, and more.
What counting systems does the app support?
21 Trainer supports four card counting systems: Hi-Lo, KO, Omega II, and Zen Count.
Hi-Lo is the most widely used: cards 2 through 6 count as +1, 7 through 9 as 0, and 10 through ace as -1. The trainer includes single card and multi-card drills, true count conversion, and index deviation training.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are processed by Apple, not by us directly. To request a refund:
1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
3. Find the purchase and select "Request a refund."
